Først var der 24 styks fluffy-bløde pølsehorn. Dagen efter var de pist væk. Så bagte jeg 24 styks mere og inden aften var de gone. Gode pølsehorn, hvor oldschool det end er, holder som snack, i madpakken – og kan snildt smides i fryseren (hvis du når det inden, de er spist!).

Ingredienser:
50g gær
1 dl lunken mælk
2 dl creme fraiche 9% eller 18%
7 dl hvedemel
1 tsk groft salt
100 g smeltet smør
1 æg
12 pølser, skåret i halve
Ketchup

Sådan gør du:
Start med at røre gær ud i den lune mælk og tilsæt cremefraiche. Tilsæt nu den smeltede smør, æg, salt og mel og bland (gerne på røremaskine) til massen har et god, elastisk konsistens.

Lad dejen hæve i 30 minutter og del herefter dejen i tre dele. Rul hver del ud til en cirkel, som du herefter skærer i otte lige store trekanter, fylder med lidt ketchup og ruller til horn.

Lad herlighederne efterhæve i 15-30 minutter, pensel herefter med æg og bag hornene i ovnen i cirka 15 minutter ved 220 grader.
